Monila is a juicy citrus community. After you tap Let’s Glow, you browse orchard drops, publish citrus photos, pin recipe Boards, follow growers, and spend Zests to generate a still of your favorite fruit. This policy explains what we handle while you use that grove.

Nickname, avatar, bio, posts, comments, Boards, likes, follows, blocks, and your Zest balance on the community tabs live on your iPhone.App Store purchases, optional attribution, and image generation use Apple and the services named below.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what the grove and Store need:

• Profile you choose. Nickname, avatar, and bio on Profile (for example “Citrus Explorer · Recipe Creator”).

• Drops you create. Photos from your library, AI citrus stills you request, variety name, description, sweetness, origin, recipe steps, pin notes, comments, Boards, likes, follows, and report/block choices.

• Zests. Balance, the one-time welcome grant (135 Zests), spends (45 Zests per Generate Image), and consumable pack purchases in Store.

• Purchase receipts. Apple transaction identifiers so we can credit a pack once and skip duplicates.

• Device and diagnostics. Device type, iOS version, and crash logs that the system may collect to keep Monila stable.

• Photos. Images you pick, generate, or save to Photos. Camera and library access happen only after you allow it, and only for that drop or save.

We do not collect precise location, health data, or payment card numbers. Apple processes App Store payments.

2. How we use information

• Show Spotlight, Featured Boards, Get Zests, vibe filters (All, Orchard, Recipes, Reviews, Photography), the feed, post details, comments, and other profiles.

• Let you open New Drop, generate a citrus still, like, comment, follow, report, or block.

• Keep Zests, Boards, and profile data on-device so the grove still works after relaunch.

• Process consumable in-app purchases and credit the matching Zest pack.

• Prevent duplicate transaction credits and follow App Store rules.

• Honor Uproot Account (erase local grove data).

3. Third parties

• Apple. App Store, StoreKit receipts, and Photo Library / camera prompts.

• Image generation. If you tap Generate Image, the citrus variety and description you typed are sent to OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) so a still photo can be created. The result is saved on your device. Prompt text is used only to create that still. OpenRouter processes the request under its own privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share grove posts with advertisers.

4. Retention and deletion

Drops, Boards, Zests, nickname, avatar, likes, follows, and block lists stay on your iPhone until you delete them in Monila, tap Uproot Account in Settings, or remove the App.

Uproot Account clears your local grove data (your posts, Boards, Zests, profile edits, likes, follows, and blocks) and returns you to Home. Built-in sample orchard posts may reload on next entry so Home is not empty.

Apple may retain App Store purchase records under Apple’s policies.

5. Children

Monila is not directed to children under 13. The grove includes user-generated drops and comments. Do not use the App if you are under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email clarahoffner24@outlook.com and we will delete it.

6. Tracking

Monila does not use an attribution SDK or track you across apps or websites.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Monila after the new date means you accept the updated policy.
