Grove Support

Monila is a citrus community for orchard growers, home cooks, and anyone who loves a sharp slice of yuzu or a blood orange still on the branch.

Open Monila to enter Home. Home shows Spotlight, Featured Boards, Get Zests, vibe filters (All, Orchard, Recipes, Reviews, Photography), and the feed. From there you can open a drop, comment, follow, collect Boards, publish a New Drop, and buy Zests in the Store.

What you can do

• Browse citrus posts and open Spotlight or a post detail (variety, sweetness, recipe steps, image pins).

• Publish a New Drop: tap the preview to choose a photo, or generate a citrus still for 45 Zests after filling Citrus Variety and Description.

• Like, comment, report, or block; save a post image to Photos with a long press.

• Keep Boards, edit nickname and avatar on Profile, and manage Blocked Users.

• Buy consumable Zest packs in Store (Profile or the Get Zests card on Home).

Getting started

Install Monila from the App Store and open it to see the citrus Home and Profile tabs. Browsing your local grove does not require signing in.

New accounts receive 135 Zests once so you can try Generate Image (45 Zests per still).

Zests did not arrive

Open Store and check the large balance at the top. If Apple charged you but the number did not go up:

• Stay on the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.

• Force-quit Monila and reopen Store.

• Confirm the pack name (Dewdrop Kit, Grove Sampler, Orchard Pouch, Sunshine Crate, Harvest Hamper, Golden Basket, or Morning Squeeze).

• Email clarahoffner24@outlook.com with the approximate time, pack name, and price so we can check whether the transaction was already credited.

Zests are consumable. They are spent when you generate an image. They are not a subscription.

Restore purchases

Zest packs are consumable in-app purchases. Apple’s Restore usually applies to non-consumable items and auto-renewable subscriptions, not to coins already delivered. Monila does not offer a separate Restore button for Zests.

If you still need to review Apple billing:

• Open iOS Settings.

• Tap your name (Apple ID).

• Tap Subscriptions (or Media & Purchases → Purchase History) to confirm the charge.

• If a consumable pack was paid but Zests never appeared in Monila, contact us — do not repurchase the same pack until we reply.

Photos, generate, and save

New Drop needs Photo Library permission to pick an image, and Photo Library Add permission if you long-press a post image and choose Save Image. Generate Image needs Variety and Description filled in and at least 45 Zests. Generation can take up to about a minute. If it fails after Zests were deducted and no image arrived, tell us.

Uproot Account

Uproot Account permanently clears your local posts, Boards, Zests, profile edits, likes, follows, and blocks, then returns you to Home. This cannot be undone. Sample orchard posts may reappear when Home reloads.
